I've seen dual 750's on a sheet metal ram hold back a 730hp 383 cube engine. A well made sheet metal ram works almost similar to an IR intake - you need a lot more carb than you may think. The OP would be best off with 2x 1250 dominators. If it's a out of the box light clean up then you could see around 40-50 hp or better. Now if the intake is very worked over it may be very little differance. It also depends on how good the carb is on the single cast vs the duel set up on the sheet metal.. What you see most of the time with a sheet metal is better cyclinder to cylinder balance. Either way I will sticking with a cast intake and have to be able to run good with a single carb. Options: 1: TFS A460 tunnel ram with single carb top plate . IMO i feel the tunnel rams/sheet metal intakes a useless unless your running a class that is highly competitive like pro stock or comp where you need that extra 2 or 3 hp. it was even . All of the old classic design tunnel rams run worse with a single carb top. The intake manufacturers made and sold single carb tunnel ram tops simply to not lose potential business, not for any power making abilities. Some of the custom sheetmetal single carb modern stuff works, but that is not the case for cast rams.
